President & CEO
As president and CEO , Rick Buer leads GC with a deep commitment to the company’s growth, mission and impact. His 25+ years of experience directing sales, operations, technology and finance at Maritz and The Designery, LLC – combined with a strong belief in the value of recognition in enhancing performance – have driven GC’s success since 2015. Rick infuses his passion for wellness and nutrition into his work at GC. He holds a degree in Marketing from Missouri State University, and enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his wife and four children.
Vice President of Finance & Administration
As vice president of finance and administration, Rob Gregersen has directed accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis functions at GC since joining the team in 2012. He has 30+ years of experience as a financial executive in the technology, services and manufacturing industries at prominent companies including Thomas & Betts, Teledyne, Accuship, and GT Exhaust. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Systems from Buena Vista University, and enjoys golfing and boating with his family.
Vice President of Operations & Merchant Services
As vice president of customer operations and merchant services, Paul Hubert ensures GC’s end-to-end fulfillment, support and customer service functions put the customer first every time. Paul employs his 22+ years of experience managing operations and customer service at Omaha Steaks International and Sitel to lead his team to success. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Midland University, and spends his free time restoring and driving his WWII Jeep and spending time with his wife and seven children.
Director of Marketing & Sales Operations
Cindy Mielke is GC’s director of marketing and sales operations, and has spent more than 20 years perfecting the art of marketing within the incentive and gift card industry. Prior to joining GC in 2015, Cindy led integrated sales and marketing teams to success in large national companies such as Staples and Omaha Steaks, including serving as vice president of marketing at Marketing Innovators. Cindy has a love of animals and nature and enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her family and pets.
